vinCreative WineTech Runners Up Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. General
  2. The Promoter is Aspedia Australia Pty Ltd T/A vinCreative (ABN: 98 107 553 668, Address: 4113, QLD, Australia)
  3. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  4. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
  5. Who can enter
  6. Entry is open to anyone over the age of 18 and is a representative of a Winery operating in Australia or New Zealand.
  7. Entry is not available to existing vinCreative customers.
  8. When to enter
  9. The competition commences at 9:00 am on July 12th, 2022, and concludes at midnight (AEST) on July 31st, 2022. Entries must be received by the Promoter before the competition close date and time.
  10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion, or for any other reason.
  11. How to enter
  12. Entrants enter the competition by;
  13. completing the entry form via https://www.vincreative.com/winetech-runner-up
  14. Only entrants registered online will be eligible to win. The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  15. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter.
  16. Number of entries permitted
  17. Only one entry is permitted per winery. Duplication of entries will be removed from the draw. 
  18. Draw and Notification of the winner
  19. The winner will be the first valid entry submitted by these Terms and Conditions that is drawn by Aspedia Australia Pty Ltd by random selection on or before Monday 5th August 2022 at Head Office Brisbane.
  20. The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result or any other decisions the Promoter makes in connection with the Promotion.
  21. The winner will be notified by phone within 24 hours of the draw and will be published on the promoter's website and social media accounts once the prize has been claimed.
  22. The prize will be awarded to the winery named in the entry.
  23. If the winner is not able to be contacted, The Promoter will continue to attempt to contact the winner for one week, at which point the Promoter can choose to perform a redraw to source another winner.
  24. Prize on offer
  25. The prize is a vinCreative DTC software solution or service up to the value of $2,000 inc GST.
  26. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  27. The prize is not transferable.
  28. Use of Personal Information
  29. Any personal information you provide in the course of this Competition will be subject to these Terms & Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. You agree that the Promoter will use the contact details you provided as part of your entry to contact you in the event you are selected as one of the winners.
  30. The prize recipient agrees to use his/her name, company name, and logo in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  31. By entering the Competition, you agree to your personal information being used for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions, including the purposes of assessing your eligibility, administering the Competition, prize fulfilment, and contacting you if you are selected as a winner.
  32. You agree for your personal information to be used for future marketing and/or advertising purposes of Aspedia Australia Pty Ltd and/or subsidiary companies. 
  33. You are providing your information to Aspedia Australia Pty Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
  34. Other
  35. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the game and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the game will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  36. The game and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
