Wineries can now seamlessly connect available stock to ‘sales and marketing functions to ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered consistently across all your customer touchpoints and sales channels. A true 'end-to-end solution for wineries is now a reality!
Manually calculating WET tax is now a task of the past
The API gateway allows for data to flow between vinCreative and vintrace, eliminating human data entry errors and ensuring the correct WET Tax calculations are applied to maximise your WET tax rebate. It increases transparency, opens communications, and streamlines business processes between your winery production and sales channels.
You simply map products and contacts between the two systems so when transactional data is synced both systems understand the context of the data and how the data will be used. For example, use default mapping on contacts for Cellar Door, Website, and Wine Club sales. Or, choose to override the default and individually map to samples, wastage, staff purchases, or tasting bottles to record the correct WET tax. A transaction log is generated to advise of completed and failed transactions with the ability to re-synchronise any transaction at any time.
